I really didn’t know what to expect from this movie. It definitely was hyped enough so I had lot’s of expectations, most of which were met, some of which were exceeded, and some of which were a bit of a miss.
I enjoyed the A&D book much more than I enjoyed The da Vinci Code film. I had also never read The da Vinci Code so I was hoping that having read A&D would give me a little better perspective when watching the film. It did not.
Considering the poor trend that Nicolas Cage has gotten himself into lately (Ghost Rider, Next), his name hasn’t exactly been considered a staple of quality. While Knowing isn’t exactly his masterpiece, I was surprised to see that some thought had actually gone into the making of the film.

Let’s face it. If it’s by Pixar most of us would go see it. Their latest concoction is one that blends action, tenderness, comedy, and so much more.
