Add Boxee To Front Row

For the ones in search of the ultimate entertainment system comprising of Hulu, Boxee, a Mac with Front Row and more, a solution is here that… well… sort of does what you want.

There’s a plugin called frboxee that will add a Boxee menu item to your Front Row, however, it isn’t truly Boxee in front row. Once you click on the menu item it teases you with a “Launching Boxee” screen, but then continues to close Front Row and launch Boxee for you. Of course if you’ve got Boxee and Front Row set up to open up on your secondary monitor and also to fire up in full screen, this could be a solution that a lot of you would be happy with.

Boxee in Front Row is not only impossible, it’s ridiculous. Sure it would be nice to have it all under one environment, but come on. If you’re tech savvy enough to even be using Boxee on a secondary screen, you’ve probably figured out how to launch them both with a remote or an iPhone. Check out these articles to help you out:
