I’m sorry… what? They made a Donnie Darko sequel and no one told me? First of all, the movie was over. There was no way to make a sequel out of that. Second of all, there are movies you simply never taint.
Apparently the movie, S. Darko, came out just a couple of months ago, and as far as I can tell it was a straight to video release. The story revolves around Donnie Darko’s younger sister and takes place about seven years after the original. Her and her boyfriend take a trip to LA and begin to see strange things, which the trailer makes it seem like all they see is just a water wormhole coming out of everyone’s chest… in every scene. Check it out and you be the judge.
