Apple has released new versions of iLife and iWork! Two things that get me super excited:

iPhoto 09 now has geotagging and FACE RECOGNITION! ZOMG! You can literally tag a person in iPhoto, and have it find that person it all of your other photos. It also has a direct uploader to Facebook and Flickr, which are welcome additions. My life is literally over. Imagine the possibilities! I have well over 23,000 photos from all parts of the world with tons of people. Being able to find/tag things by person and place is going to consume my life.

iWork also received a nice update. Numbers is now more badass! Not only that, you can share your documents a-la-google docs. The only thing that’s missing being able to actually manipulate the documents online.

I’ll be “first in line” to upgrade!
